To use the Alternate Parameter Method (APM), the AnimCubeJS files must be modified so that calls can be made to internal functions that are otherwise not available to javascript in the web-page (for more info, view the source of this page and see the description in the commented section). To use this program to make the necessary modifications, click on the Select Files button and select the js files to be modified (multiple files can be selected by holding down the shift or ctrl key). After selecting files, the first few lines of each file are shown. Press the Update button and the updated files will be shown. Then click on the Save button, a popup will appear for each file, click Save on each. Only files named {long alphanumeric string}.cache.js are to be updated (5 for each cube size), any other selected files will be ignored.
